I prefer hiking in the mountains, but I also like hiking in the Netherlands. I make dayhikes or I hike during a few days a "long distance path".
A few of mine favourite dayhikes are:

From entrance "Koevlak" of the "Kennemerduinen" or from railway station Overveen through the "Kennemerduinen" to Parnassia (with a lot of variations).
From railway station Castricum through the "Noordhollands Duinreservaat" to Egmond aan Zee or Bergen aan Zee.
From Vreeland through the "Loosdrechtse Plassen" to Kortenhoef.
The Wiereckeroute from Bodegraven.
From the city of Schermerhorn on the dikes of the Beemster to Oudendijk and back through the polder
From Brakel on the dikes of the "afgesloten Maas" to Woudrichem and back on the dike of the "Waal"
From Zwijndrecht along the "Oude Maas" to Poortugal
